- Reposition a mid-sized supermarket chain to increase market share and stave off growing competition from larger chains and superstores entering the market
- Conducted research to determine customer buying behaviors and their drivers, including segmentation study to identity most profitable customers and their characteristic needs/wants
- Developed the brand strategy, including positioning and image attributes, to re-brand and consolidate older store formats — branded Overwaitea to Save On Foods
- Designed a new logo and visual system for the newly positioned brand
- Created the new store layout, adjacencies, building exterior, interior and exterior signage, and environmental graphics
- Developed guidelines for the new format’s implementation
